Foundation Training Sessions

When you join a monthly or yearly program, you will receive one or two (depending on current fitness level/needs) Foundation Training Sessions working one-on-one with a trainer to give you the guidance you need to get your fitness program started.

Do you have a big birthday or special occasion coming up and want to look and feel your best? Are you ready to seriously change your body, your health and fitness levels? If so, this amazing program is for you!

$759 includes: *

  • Fitness assessment & body composition test
  • Goal setting, motivation and support
  • Customized food and exercise plans
  • 10 sessions with nutritionist (2 one hour and 8 half hour visits)
  • 10 half hour sessions with personal trainer

* In order to be fair to everyone, Personal Training packages are NON - REFUNDABLE. If unable to finish your sessions they may be transfered to someone else. You also have the option to change your trainer if you desire.
