Cycle
An intense cardiovascular workout on stationary bikes set to invigorating music. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are you'll get a great workout. An incredible calorie burner!

Dance, Dance, Dance
Let your diva go! A real dance class where after a thorough warm-up with limbering movement, isolations and stretching, a choreographed routine is taught. Moves are taught in an easy to follow add on style. Soon you'll be dancing like a pro!

Gym Class & Bootcamp
A no-nonsense effective fat burning and muscle-shaping workout - with lots of variety. It's athletic with NO fancy footwork. Participants perform different exercises to work both cardiovascular system and all major muscle groups.

Interval Cardio & Cardio Flex Interval
If you want to burn fat not burnout from repetitive movement – here you go! This class alternates between cardio and strength segments and is a great way to get both a fat burning and muscle-toning workout in one. Always moving and never boring!

Jump & Jab
Jab, kick, and jump your way to a higher level of cardiovascular fitness and muscle control using the basics of boxing and martial arts. Increase your strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.

LITE Cardio/Strength
Designed for fitness at any age or skill level, this class alternates between cardiovascular conditioning and muscle toning exercises.

LITE Strength/Balance
Designed for fitness at any age or skill level, focuses on strengthening all major muscles and performing functional exercises to improve coordination, flexibility and balance.

Nia
A minimal impact class that blends the movement forms of yoga, tai chi, and modern dance, ethnic and jazz dance. Suitable for all levels. Free your body and your mind!

Spin Express
A thirty minute intense cardiovascular workout on stationary bikes set to invigorating music. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are you'll get a great workout. An incredible calorie burner!

Step & Step Interval
Step aerobics is a proven cardiovascular class that burns tons of calories! Using the Reebok step platform you move, up, down and all around. A great workout for shaping and toning the lower body.

*Step Interval involves more high & low aerobic movements incorporating the step � no fancy choreography.

Zumba & Latin Zumba
Easy to follow this high-energy, hip shaking, latin flavored athletic dance workout is suitable for all levels and for anyone who wants a great dance cardio workout – low
impact.


Body Strength Conditioning

Muscle tissue burns calories – building and maintaining muscle mass is the key to a functional and lean body! Strength classes will improve muscular definition, bone density as well as increase your body's metabolism.

Balletone & Balletone Moves
Experience beautiful fluid movements in this toning, strengthening, and stretching workout. A ballet barre workout performed standing and on the mat – utilizing the body's own resistance for a non-impact workout. No dance experience necessary – all levels welcome.

*Balletone moves involves more movement across the floor and is more cardiovascular.

Core Moves
15 minutes of core (abdominal, upper/lower back, hips) strengthening and defining exercises. Short but effective, this class is perfect alone or as part of any workout.

Flex
A complete body workout to strengthen and tighten the major muscle groups – paying special attention to those stubborn areas (abs, thighs, rears and underarms). Exercises transition from one muscle group to the next and continuous movement makes for a sweat-drenched workout great for any level. Our most popular class for a reason!

Pilates
A core conditioning and stretching class where a series of flowing exercises are performed on a mat. With a strong emphasis on technique the focus is placed primarily on the abdominals, lower back, and hip girdle. Enhance abdominal definition, body awareness, posture and flexibility.

Pilates Sculpt
This is a complete body workout that combines the most effective exercises from strength training to standing and mat Pilates. Non-stop dynamic exercises transition from one muscle group to the next, and one training technique to another.

Power & Grace – (created by CC Maher)
Innovative and effective this class is beneficial to everyone and can be done at your own level with the use of gliding discs and strength equipment. Dynamic functional exercises are performed to increase strength and muscle definition. Fluid graceful movements are done to improve body alignment, coordination and balance.

Pure Core
15 minute class focusing directly on your 'core'. Increase strength in your abs, back, chest and pelvic hip area. Pure Core will improve your balance, tone and define your midsection and increase the strength of the back/spine.

Athletic Yoga
A dynamic, physically and mentally energizing form of yoga that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle of the body.

Fluid Power
A synthesis of breath and movement. Rhythmic Prana vinyasa flows develop strength and comfort with standing poses, back bends, and balancing movements.

Hatha Yoga & Yoga Bliss
Perform specific postures, breathing techniques & relaxation to develop muscular strength, suppleness, and flexibility. Transitions between poses allow for mental focus on breath and form. Strength postures are mingled with relaxation movements and breathing techniques to enhance overall energy and focus.

Yin Yoga
A class with a slower flow where postures are held for 1-1/2 to 3 minutes, resulting in a deeper and more meditative experience.
